Netherlands Heart Institute
Het NHLI ondersteunt ons bij verschillende projecten zoals Psider Heart, Geremy en CURE-PLaN. Het NHLI managet het CURE-PLaN project zodat alles op rolletjes verloopt. Ze stimuleren de samenwerkingen tussen alle cardiologische afdelingen van universiteiten door heel Nederland. Daarnaast houden zij zich bezig met het stimuleren van jong medisch wetenschappelijk talent.
De Hartenbank
Stichting PLN is mede-initiator van de Hartenbank. Dit is een centrale biobank waar hartweefsel wordt opgeslagen van overleden donoren. Dankzij deze biobank kunnen wetenschappers beter onderzoeken wat er misgaat bij verschillende hartziekten. De stichting werkt nauw samen met de Hartenbank.
CURE-PLaN
CURE-PLaN is een netwerk van wetenschappers over heel de wereld. Dankzij deze trans-Atlantische samenwerking komen wetenschappers tweemaal per jaar bijeen. Een keer in Europa en een keer in Amerika. Deze meetings zorgen ervoor dat er vaart blijft zitten in het onderzoek en dat wetenschappers weten wie waar mee bezig is.
Catalyze
Sinds 2020 werken we als stichting nauw samen met subsidiebureau Catalyze. Zij helpen ons bij het verkrijgen van financieringen voor verschillende samenwerkingen. Catalyze is gespecialiseerd in het identificeren van geschikte subsidiemogelijkheden en het opstellen van aanvragen. Hun expertise helpt ons onze doelen te bereiken.
PLaN Therapeutics
De stichting heeft dit bedrijf, een bio-tech start-up, opgericht om het traject van het ontwikkelen en introduceren van nieuwe therapieën voor PLN R14del te ondersteunen en te versnellen. Dankzij deze start-up heeft de stichting een solide basis om effectieve en toegankelijke behandelingen voor patiënten te waarborgen.

With the help of Anne van Almkerk from Studio Solveig, we have created and published our new website (which you are currently looking at). Thanks to the website, as a supporter, participant, or sponsor, you can see all the activities of our foundation and how we are committed to a world without PLN. Our website serves as a crucial foundation.
Anika Kok
Thanks to Anika Kok, our blood bus has received a beautiful makeover, as she developed the design for our bus. Now, we hit the road in style! Anika is a graphic designer who has assisted us with various projects. With her help, we can convey our story through design.
SAY NIK Media
Nikki Pommer from SAY NIK Media is responsible for the communication of the foundation. This includes the content of the website, our social media accounts, and the distribution of press releases. Through our (online) communication, we are working towards a very important mission: increasing awareness about PLN.
Zeeman Reclamegroep
Great ideas are meant to be executed. Zeeman Reclamegroep took care of bringing a good idea to life: thanks to them, Anika Kok's design was wrapped onto our blood bus. Now, everyone can see and find us, giving us even more recognition and visibility.

Gerben Dijkstra ondersteunt ons namens Envis op het gebied van ICT. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat er veilig gewerkt wordt, iedereen ons kan mailen en gegevens veilig bewaard worden. Geen vraag is hem te gek en hij zorgt er altijd voor dat we tot een oplossing komen als er een probleem is.
De Lease Maatschappij
DLM is in 2006 opgericht door Eric R. Kok. Hij is bestuurslid bij Stichting PLN en ondersteunt ons op verschillende manieren. Zo sponsorde hij de volgbus tijdens een PLN Monstertocht. Eric organiseert namens DLM ook het PLN Gala in november. Dit event is voor het werven van sponsoren.
Contribute Foundation
De Contribute Foundation heeft de financiering van de PLN Bloedbus op zich genomen. Hierdoor kunnen we nu in stijl door het land reizen met onze bloedbus – die tevens ook als biobank fungeert. Hiermee nemen we bloed af van dragers & familieleden zodat we nog meer onderzoek kunnen doen naar PLN.
